Terms of Service

Last updated 20 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Hakimy, as a patient or as someone who works at a clinic. By using Hakimy, you agree to them.

What Hakimy is

Hakimy is software that clinics and practitioners use to take bookings, send appointment messages, and keep records. The clinics and practitioners provide the care. Hakimy is not a healthcare provider and doesn't give medical advice.

Not for emergencies

Don't use Hakimy in an emergency. Call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.

Messages

We send WhatsApp messages about your appointments, such as confirmations, reminders, and delay notices. We don't send advertising.

For clinics

Clinics are responsible for the information they and their staff add, for who they give access to, and for following the law on health data.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Hakimy: no false bookings, no access to other people's data, and no attempts to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Hakimy running, but we can't promise it will never be down. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it or being unable to use it.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page, as described in our Privacy Policy.
